As a fictional project, Helper emerges to provide ease and expertise for household tasks. The all-in-one platform is dedicated to home well-being, shaped beyond a service. Inspired by a simplified life, I've crafted Helper into a community experience. Qualified experts meet diverse needs in DIY, gardening, plumbing, moving, and more. The company reimagines details for a hassle-free domestic life, emphasizing proximity, quality, and trust.

What does all this mean?
In the whirlwind of daily life, domestic needs can quickly become challenges. Whether it's the need for a quick repair, a gardening transformation, or assistance for a smooth move, Helper offers the solution to all these needs. The company simplifies every step of the process, connecting individuals with skilled experts, creating a synergy of skills in service of the community. Because the company believes that every home deserves to be cherished and maintained with expertise, Helper stands as the indispensable partner for a worry-free domestic life, where the well-being of your home is its priority.




What's the challenge?
The challenge at hand was to craft a refreshing, modern, and laid-back identity for Helper, echoing the sense of community between individuals and experts (Helpers). Balancing the casual vibe, we strived to convey reliability and seriousness, ensuring Helper's image mirrors both approachability and trustworthiness. The result: an identity that bridges the gap, embodying a vibrant yet dependable service.

A start that brings people together 
The logo places emphasis on the outstretched hand icon, symbolizing the assistance sought by individuals and embodying the desired sense of community. To complement, the Sundry Condensed typography was chosen, slightly modified to seamlessly integrate with the icon. With its straight edges and winding curves, the logo strikes a balance between modern dynamism and the welcoming warmth of the community, encapsulating Helper's ethos from the outset.




The visual principles of identity
Helper's graphic identity is vibrant and refreshing, embodying a modern and accessible appeal for everyone. It features a broad palette of bright and pastel colors, bold and catchy typography, and sector-specific iconography (handyman, moving, cooking, mechanics, plumbing, gardening). The identity plays with three pillars: dynamism, scale variations, and space management. It presents a dynamic and inclusive visual identity, reflecting Helper's energetic spirit and universal accessibility.




Adding color and character to the brand
A collection of colorful illustrations brings Helper to life with playful charm and depth. Each illustration adds a touch of whimsy to the brand, infusing it with personality and vitality. Beyond their delightful appearance, these illustrations serve a dual purpose: not only do they enhance the visual appeal of our brand, but they also serve as practical tools for communication, breaking up designs and conveying our key values in a engaging way.




A benevolent expertise in sharing
In the realm of Helper, every interaction bears the mark of meticulous expertise. The Helpers, true craftsmen in their field, infuse meticulous precision into each task. It is this dedication to excellence that defines the tone of the brand—a tone that not only celebrates meticulous expertise but also the warm, community-driven spirit of sharing. At the core of every service lies a profound commitment to quality, creating an atmosphere where expertise and kindness intertwine harmoniously.




Bridging individuals and professionals
As the cornerstone of the Helper brand, the digital platforms aim to be intuitive, user-friendly, and reflective of the value proposition for both individuals and professionals alike. Catering to both logged-in users and those yet to join, i've tailored two distinct experiences while ensuring simplicity and ease of use remain paramount.




And what's the outcome?
In a cluttered market of superficial claims and exorbitant costs, I set out to create 
Helper—a comprehensive home service solution that stands out for its affordability 
and embodies values of exchange and sharing.
